We offer moisture control measures to assist in lowering the wood moisture content for prevention of wood rot and termite infestation. Our services include installation of moisture barriers, foundation drains, sump pumps, automatic vents and foundation wall sealing.

For homes up to 1,200 sq. ft. $75.00. Whether you are buying or selling our inspectors will report to you any condition related to wood destroying organisms that could affect your closing.
